ROBOT SECRETARY helps boy work off daily to-do list and stay on schedule

A young boy called Kevin Sweefarend has no problem staying on schedule in the mornings, as he has his robot secretary, Sekretarisbot, to help him keep track of everything he needs to do.

It's early one morning, still dark but with the horizon getting more orange by the second. In the tree, ~ the owl (pronounced with a low, short whistle gradually going down about two notes, and "the owl") is watching the house in which the Sweefarends live.

Inside one of the rooms, an alarm clock with two bells on top starts to ring profusely. A young boy called Kevin jumps out of his bed and is all excited about the day.

He runs past the drawer unit in which Secretarybot resides in one of the drawers. Kevin wakes up Secretarybot, and the drawer opens and Secretarybot greets Kevin and starts informing a dressing Kevin what his to-do list for the day entails.

Firstly, all the new ideas Kevin has dreamt up during the night for his new robot plan, he needs to write down. Kevin remembers that he wanted to add an extra eye to the new design for Robbie 2, so that the robot will have four dimensional vision. See, Kevin's thinking is that if one eye gives you two dimensional vision, and two eyes give you three dimensional vision, then three eyes will give you four dimensional vision. That's logical, right?

A few more of Kevin's morning tasks include playing the piano, giving milk to the cats, and chasing his father's sheep out of the kraal so they can go and graze in the veld.

While Kevin is out however, Father comes to give him an urgent message which Secretarybot relays to Kevin upon his return: Kevin needs to guard the sheep all day until further notice, because people's livestock seem to be disappearing in the area. Stolen perhaps by a syndicate?

So, unfortunately, Kevin's working on Robbie 2 will have to be put on the backburner for the time being.
