Kevin isn't very impressed with the letter at all - it's a very conceited letter informing Kevin that "The Better World Project" is hereby stealing his father's sheep basically.
Kevin demands Snuifie comes with him in the car and show him who made him bring the letter.
And so they run into a very questionable character, stealing food and supplies from everywhere in the area.
