After the huge thunderstorms, Kevin and Majoor Blaffinski expected the river to have enough water in it for them to finally take their submarine out on its maiden voyage.
But it seems the river flooded so severely, that the submarine has been completely swept away by the water!
Would they still find it somewhere downstream?
Kevin and Majoor jump into their rowing boat and start chasing after it.
