All the soot and smoke smell need to be gotten rid of. Also there's a lot of cracks and damage caused by the earthquakes that need fixing up.
After all that, the house needs a repainting.
When all is done, Mom can sit back and relax again... but does she want to? She's now grown rather fond of being so busy. What else can she do next?
Well she loves writing stories and composing music. She already did a one-woman musical, so perhaps now she can do something bigger with more characters and have a bunch of school children perform it perhaps? Mmmm...
